Orders placed over the weekend will be sent Monday.

This is excluding any bank holidays. Any orders placed over bank holiday will be picked and despatched the following working day.

All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address. We kindly ask for tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Please note, return shipping is at your cost and non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Condition

Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn. Please ensure that when you try your items on that you are not wearing strong aftershaves or scents, that all product tags remain in tact, and that the item is unworn and in a resellable condition. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.

 

Bespoke & Non-returnable Items 

Items that are hand finished or subject to a manual process that produces a bespoke garment are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these items are final.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any socks or undergarments.
